This is an Account Manager role with Hilti Group based in Wollongong, NSW, AU. As an Account Manager at Hilti, you will embark on an exciting development journey, managing your own portfolio of customer accounts and building a strong business foundation.
You will make sales by maintaining customer relationships, demonstrating our latest tools on the spot, and providing high-level customer consultation. Your patch will predominantly focus in and around the Wollongong area, but will also cover Southern Highlands, Nowra, and down the coast to the NSW border.

What does the role involve?
Building relationships – you'll be on the field, meeting with customers on a daily basis to capture the perfect business opportunity.
Time and Territory Management (TTM) - creating a daily schedule to optimize client potential and sales productivity by zone territory.
Be a Hilti Champion – you'll carry the technical knowledge to present high-level customer consultations in your defined territory and represent the Hilti brand in the marketplace.
Tracking your progress – you'll utilize Salesforce to record all interactions you had to make a sale, as reporting is a key part of this role.

What You Need
Tertiary qualification is highly desirable.
Previous experience in any customer-facing roles.
Eagerness to learn, motivated, and capable of working independently.
Hands-on attitude – you'll be demonstrating our tools to our customers, using platforms such as Salesforce to keep track of everything, and collaborating with a variety of departments.
Time management, planning, and prioritization skills.
Maintain a valid full Australian driver's license – we'll provide you with a company car, be sure you're ready to drive.
Engineering qualification or construction industry experience preferred but not mandatory.
