Job Description
The role of Technical Support Specialist is critical in ensuring the seamless operation of our information and communication technology (ICT) systems.
* Provide expert advice, training, and support to staff on desktop and software applications.
* Maintain accurate records of ICT systems and equipment across multiple sites to optimize educational and administrative outcomes.
* Coordinate and support telephones, mobile devices, and other portable electronic devices across multiple sites.
* Update internal user system access, roles, information, and system permissions.
Required Skills and Qualifications
* Be an Australian or New Zealand citizen, permanent resident, or have a valid visa with relevant work rights for the term of the appointment.
* Obtain a valid Working With Children Check prior to commencing employment.
* Consent to and obtain a current Screening Clearance Number issued by the Department of Education's Screening Unit before starting.
