**About The Opportunity**:
Some of your responsibilities will include:
- Carry out onsite servicing, programming and installation of Security Alarm Systems, Access Control, CCTV, Intercom and other IT-based systems
- Troubleshooting and identifying causes of software and hardware malfunctions
- Provide clients with phone support and remote programming/fault investigation
- Build strong relationships with clients to ensure stakeholder satisfaction
