We are looking for an experienced, motivated, and enthusiastic **Workshop Foreman** to join our busy **Ford** service team in **Narellan.**
As a **Workshop Foreman**, you will be someone who enjoys a challenge, working in a team environment carrying out practical and hands on activities.
**Responsibilities**:
- Manage daily tasks, productivity and efficiency of technicians
- Prioritise repair orders in the workshop to ensure on time completion
- Assist with Technical problem solving
- Notify the Service Adviser Team of any additional work that is required
- Ensure work repair orders are completed correctly for Warranty procedures
- Maintain OEM workshop tools and equipment; follow safety practices; notify management if tools need replacement or new tools required
- Maintain cleanliness of the working area and customer's vehicles
- Assist in expediting of parts orders
- Compliance with the procedures and policies to ensure WHS
**About you**:
- Full work rights in Australia
- Minimum 5 years' experience and relevant trade qualifications
- Previous Workshop Controller experience preferred not essential
- A current driver's licence
- MVTC essential
- Air-Conditioning Licence preferred not essential
- ASCIS & AUVIS Licence preferred not essential
- Ability to follow Work, Health and Safety policies and procedures and "Work Safe"
- Motivated and have a positive can-do attitude
- Demonstrate care and attention to detail
- Good communication skills
- Can work well within large teams and follow processes and instructions
- Are punctual and reliable
