A cafe located in the heart of Byron Bay, we've been consistently serving great food, coffee and tunes for a while now and we do our best to make you feel at home whilst you're with us.

Our menu is seasonal and jam packed with fresh, local ingredients. Our coffee, roasted by the legends at Blackboard is a tried and tested blend of ethically sourced beans that we know you'll love. 
To come and join the fun, we accept walk-in's to the restaurant for our table service menu or, if you're just looking for a coffee and pastry to go then our takeaway and retail shop has you covered! 
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR: 
Café Manager 
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES: 
Coordinate daily Front of House and Back of House restaurant operations. 
Deliver superior service and maximise customer satisfaction. 
Respond efficiently and accurately to customer enquiries. 
Support recruiting, hiring, supervision, scheduling, development, mentoring and training of hourly employees. 
Proper managing and reporting of all revenue and costs ensuring they are in line with the budget and/or guidelines. 
Ensure that company policies and procedures, safety and other laws, regulations, and requirements are implemented and followed. 
Complete opening and closing procedures 
Perform other duties and responsibilities as required or requested 
WHAT YOU NEED: 
Diploma or Advanced Diploma in Hospitality Management 
A minimum of two years' managerial experience working in a fast pace, high-volume restaurant 
Positive communication skills 
Outstanding customer relations 
Proficiency in Square Space looked upon favourably 
Salary Expectation: $70,000 to $90,000 
Pay: $70,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year 
Schedule: 
Monday to Friday 
Weekend availability
