This is an exciting opportunity for x2 Project Manager's to join their growing Melbourne-based Development & Projects team. If you're currently a Project Coordinator, Contract Administrator, or Project Manager with experience delivering hospitality or retail projects, this could be your perfect next step.
You'll be joining a forward-thinking organisation known for creating some of Australia's most memorable social destinations. With a pipeline of diverse projects from boutique pub refurbishments to complex, multi-million-dollar new builds you'll gain hands-on exposure across the full development cycle, including:
* Project briefing and concept development
* Authority approvals and stakeholder engagement
* Design management and tendering
* Contractor appointment, delivery, and financial management
As part of this tight-knit, high-performing team, you'll enjoy the autonomy to manage your own projects, typically ranging from $1.5M–$15M while receiving mentorship and training to develop your career.
Key Experience:
* Experience managing small to mid-scale new build and refurbishment projects.
* Exposure to the hospitality, hotel, or retail sector highly regarded.
* Proven ability to coordinate consultants, contractors, suppliers, and internal stakeholders.
You'll Bring:
* 3–5 years' experience in project delivery or design management.
* Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
* The ability to travel interstate for project work.
* A genuine passion for the built environment, property, and hospitality.
