Qualification & Experience

• Knowledge of network technology (layer and OSI model applications in practice)
• Vendor Certified Skills
• Multiple Years of experience with the customer specific processes in NTS
• Multiple trainings for integrating customer infrastructure in the monitoring system
- Tertiary IT qualification or minimum 3 years relevant IT experience required.
