About the Role
We are seeking an exceptional Paralegal to join our dynamic team in Sydney.
In this exciting opportunity, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of files, preparing and issuing legal documents, and acting as the first point of contact for clients.
The ideal candidate will have superior drafting skills, close attention to detail, and excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities
* File management from start to finish
* Preparing and issuing legal documents, including statutory notices and court documents
* Acting as first point of contact for clients, maintaining regular communications via a specialised online web-based portal
* Outbound and inbound calls with defaulting customers, including liaising directly with customers in relation to sensitive financial matters with the aim to come to suitable arrangements
* Working with lawyers to progress matters through courts
