Key Responsibilities
* Maintain order accuracy and timeliness, ensuring seamless customer service delivery.
* Manage out-of-stock and backorder queries efficiently.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams on credit claims, marketing orders, and transfer requests.
* Act as a liaison between customers, sales, finance, and distribution teams.
* Prepare daily reports on stock levels, invoices, and other relevant metrics for stakeholders.
* Cultivate expertise in technology to drive problem resolution and process improvement.
* Promote collaborative teamwork for timely order processing, product allocation, and customer satisfaction.
* Maintain high KPI standards and continuously seek opportunities for process enhancements.
* Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone and email.
