Role Overview
This role is seeking highly motivated employees who will contribute positively to the organization and its community by enhancing data integrity.
This position will facilitate collaboration among teams to ensure a unified approach to customer data management.
The successful candidate will oversee and enhance the accuracy of customer profiles and associated data within our CRM systems.
* Experience in performing data analysis tasks (root cause analysis, validation, verification, and data management) to accurately identify and resolve data integrity issues.
* Knowledge and experience working with CRM systems and data analysis tools.
* Experience in documenting step-by-step business procedures, policies, and protocols.
* Experience within contemporary customer service, contact centre, or related environments.
* Experience in local government regulatory-related areas and/or equivalent work experience.
Key Responsibilities:
* Oversee and enhance the accuracy of customer profiles and associated data within our CRM systems.
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer information.
* Identify and resolve data integrity issues.
* Collaborate with teams to ensure a unified approach to customer data management.
Requirements:
* Proven experience in data analysis and management.
* Strong knowledge of CRM systems and data analysis tools.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
