Job Title: Store Manager
About the Role:
As a Store Manager at David Jones, you will play an essential role in coaching and mentoring your Management team to deliver an in-store experience that inspires our customers. You will collaborate with diverse stakeholders and brand partners, utilizing your commercial acumen to influence outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead, inspire, and coach a diverse team of passionate retail professionals to create experiences that inspire our customers.
* Ensure all commercial objectives linked to sales, profit, and Net Promoter Score (NPS) are overachieved.
* Create meaningful and collaborative partnerships with all brand and concession partners.
* Keep our customer at the heart of everything you do and ensure your team strives to meet our service philosophy standards.
* Represent David Jones positively out in the market as the custodian of our iconic brand.

* Proven ability to coach, inspire, and develop capability of people/teams.
