Warehouse Yard hand/Cleaner - Chiller Setting (Forklift Licence Required)
Balcatta | $33.21 p/hr (inclusive of casual loading) | Mon-Fri, 6:00 AM - 2:00 PM
We are looking for a Warehouse Cleaner with a valid forklift licence to join our client's team in a chiller warehouse environment. This is a hands-on role Monday to Friday with an immediate start.
What you'll be doing:
- Emptying bins and transporting waste to the correct areas using a forklift when required
- Operating compactors to safely dispose of rubbish
- Cleaning and washing bins
- Sweeping, mopping, and maintaining warehouse areas, including airlocks
- Picking up general waste, recycled plastics, cardboard, empty drums, and pallets
- Maintaining cleanliness of outdoor areas (e.g., paper along fence lines)
- Ensuring workspaces are kept neat and tidy at all times
- Using a forklift safely to move pallets, bins, and other materials as required
What we're looking for:
- Valid forklift licence (essential)
- Comfortable working in a chiller environment (chiller gear provided)
- Reliable, safety-conscious, and physically fit
- Previous warehouse or cleaning experience desirable, but not essential
