$58–$60/hr + Super + Company Van
If you're an A-Grade who's sick of being underpaid, over-managed, or stuck fixing other people's mistakes, this one's for you.
We're a busy, well-run electrical business in South-East Melbourne doing quality domestic service and repair work. We're growing — and we're looking for a strong A-Grade electrician who can run their own jobs, take ownership, and help lift the people around them.
This is not a "stand around waiting for instructions" role. It's for someone who wants to be trusted, backed, and paid properly for what they bring to the table.
What you'll be doing
You'll be our senior tech on the road, which means:
Running your own service and repair jobs
Diagnosing faults properly (not guessing)
Managing your own stock and materials
Overseeing and mentoring a junior electrician
Representing the business in customers' homes
You'll have the support of an organised office and a team that actually cares about doing things right — not just getting through the day.
What we're offering
$58–$60 per hour (depending on experience and capability)
Company van (fully equipped)
Super on top
Consistent, steady work
A business that values quality, reliability, and professionalism
This rate reflects what you're worth when you can genuinely run jobs, manage yourself, and help others get better.
Who we're looking for
You'll be a great fit if you:
Are a fully licensed A-Grade electrician
Have 2–5 years post-trade experience
Are confident running jobs end-to-end
Take pride in neat, safe, professional work
Can lead by example with a junior on site
Want to be part of a team, not just a number
Must have Australian work rights
Why this role is different
We don't micromanage. We don't play games with pay.We don't treat good electricians like they're disposable.
If you do good work, look after customers, and take ownership of your jobs, you'll be respected, trusted, and paid at the top end of the market.
If you're ready for a role where your skills actually matter, we'd love to hear from you.
Your application will include the following questions:
* Which of the following statements best describes your right to work in Australia?
