West Coast Stabilisers is seeking an experienced Grader Operator to operate our John Deere grader on upcoming project works across Western Australia. This role will involve wet hire operations, working alongside client crews while representing West Coast Stabilisers' standards for safety, professionalism and quality workmanship.
About the Role
The successful operator will be responsible for operating and maintaining our grader on civil construction and road projects, delivering trimming and formation works to specification while working closely with site supervisors and external project teams.
Key responsibilities
* Operating John Deere grader for trimming, shaping and pavement preparation
* Working within client project environments under wet hire arrangements
* Maintaining machine presentation, daily servicing and pre-starts
* Reading site instructions and maintaining levels/formation accuracy
* Representing West Coast Stabilisers professionally on site
About You
* Demonstrated experience operating graders in civil or road construction
* Strong final trim and general earthworks capability
* Reliable, self-sufficient operator able to work within external crews
* Commitment to safety, communication and maintaining equipment standards
* Relevant tickets/licences required for civil construction sites
