ZIMMERMANN, a renowned Australian luxury fashion brand, has remained true to its founding vision: sophisticated femininity, meticulous attention to detail, and a passion for colour and print. Sisters Nicky and Simone ZIMMERMANN established their eponymous brand in Sydney in 1991.
The brand took a bold step early in its evolution by fusing fashion with swimwear, introducing it to the world. This innovative approach immediately resonated with the fashion elite, establishing a new benchmark in flattering, feminine, and stylish swimwear. While the swimsuit propelled ZIMMERMANN onto the international stage, its consistently desirable collections across ready-to-wear and resort have contributed significantly to its global appeal.
Headquartered in Sydney, ZIMMERMANN showcases its ready-to-wear collections each season at New York Fashion Week. The brand maintains showrooms in Sydney, London, Paris, New York, and Los Angeles. Collaborating with acclaimed designer Don McQualter, ZIMMERMANN operates several standalone stores across Australia, Europe, and the USA, including flagship stores on Madison Ave in New York and Melrose Place in Los Angeles.
