* This role is a central coordination point between emergency services and forest fire management agencies.
The service protects lives and property across Victoria through various initiatives. The Vegetation Management Program plays a key role in reducing bushfire risk by supporting these activities.In this ongoing role you will act as a coordinator between agencies, receiving requests for resources,matching burn locations,timing,and tasking with skilled staff and volunteers.
The coordinator works closely with the District Officer to gather information required for burn plan preparation.
