Stores person/ Manufacturing - Sheet metal Manufacturing
Due to the ongoing growth and expansion of our advanced manufacturing operations we are seeking suitably qualified workers to join our team in Day shift
Key Duties & Responsibilities will be:
* Collaborate with production and procurement teams to meet needs for production.
* Receive, inspect and verify incoming and outgoing goods ensuring accuracy and quality.
* Maintain and organise raw materials storing ensuring efficient stock management.
* Conduct regular inventory counts and assist in stock reconciliation.
* Daily dispatching of finished goods and filling relevant documentation.
* Quality Assurance of inwards/outwards goods
* Following work procedures and adopting best practices.
* Ability to work unsupervised but also in a team environment
* Assist in sorting and packing finish goods.
* Customer interaction with good communication skills.
* Management of dispatching recycling materials in a timely manner.
Essential Qualifications:
* Experience in Sheet metal manufacturing
* Minimum 3-5 years of experience in sheet metal manufacturing is required
* Basic computer literacy
* Mechanical aptitude.
* Attention to detail and strong organisation skills.
* Good awareness of workplace health and safety
* Current Fork lift license
* Current LF (counterbalance) forklift licence is required
* Physically fit to handle lifting and moving materials.
* Current Australian work authorisation is required at time of application
