Job Description
The Role:
Cater Care Retail seeks to appoint a committed Food & Beverage Supervisor to join our quick-service retail operation at Brisbane airport.
What This Role Will Involve
* Ensuring that the food & service standards are of exceptional quality
* Overseeing staff operations, including scheduling shifts and managing labor resources
* Managing stock, inventory and cash
* Ensuring compliance with health/safety regulations and site policies/procedures
* Collaborating with the management team to achieve a great working environment
Desired Skills And Experience
The Ideal Candidate Will Have:
* Previous supervisory experience
* Ability to supervise staff and demonstrate exceptional leadership skills
* Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills
* Strong cash, stock and labour control skills
* ASIC security pass (apply at time of contract appointment)
* Access to your own reliable transport (essential)
