About the Role:
This part-time position keeps our office running smoothly. You'll handle admin tasks, assist with legal documents, and support our team and clients. The position will commence as a casual role in January 2026, with the potential for additional hours as you grow and develop within the role.
Key Responsibilities:
· General administration including data entry, filing and phone calls;
· Review documents, contracts and agreements;
· Managing client files including opening, monitoring, billing, and archiving;
· Assisting with client inquiries and office support; and
· Assist with searches and conveyancing tasks.
About You:
· Confident with technology and proficient in Microsoft, Outlook, etc
· High level of attention to detail
· Organised and comfortable performing multiple tasks
· Strong verbal and written communication skills
· Comfortable working independently and in a small team
· Personable and professional
The successful candidate will be provided training in LEAP software but proficiency would be beneficial.
