**About the Role**:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing Business Banking customers
- Work with customers to find the right home loan
- Take your customers through to settlement whilst giving them an exceptional experience
**Skills & Experience**:
- A strong Residential and/or Commercial Lending experience
- Ability to build strong and lasting relationships with clients and referral partners
- Strong business development mindset with the ability to self-generate leads
- Possess strong loan structuring and credit assessment skills of complex borrowers
- You are ambitious and motivated
- Superior engagement & communication skills
