The Role
As Junior Graphic Designer, you'll sit at the heart of the Tuff Streeters creative engine – producing daily content across social, paid ads, EDMs, web, events and merch. You'll work directly with the Marketing & Brand Strategy Manager, partnering closely with the marketing, media and operations teams to bring giveaway campaigns, member comms and event activations to life.
This is an execution-focused role for someone who thrives on volume, deadlines, and seeing their work go live in front of a passionate community.
What you'll be doing
* Designing campaign assets for car giveaway launches, entry creatives, last‐chance and live‐draw moments
* Producing daily creative for Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Meta ads, EDMs, SMS and the website
* Adapting master campaign concepts into multiple formats and variations
* Supporting event signage, activations and merch design (festivals, motorshows, limited drops)
* Keeping the brand sharp and consistent across every customer touchpoint
* Working in Asana to manage briefs, deadlines and asset libraries
What you'll bring
* 1–2 years of graphic design experience (or a portfolio that punches above its weight)
* Strong skills in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator (InDesign a plus)
* Solid understanding of social, digital and paid ad formats
* Confidence with layout, typography and visual hierarchy
* A high-output mindset – you can move fast without dropping quality
* Openness to direction and feedback, with a proactive, team-first attitude
Nice to have
* Experience in fast-paced content, e‐commerce or campaign environments
* An eye for performance-driven creative (ads that actually convert)
* Basic motion / After Effects skills, or the willingness to learn
* A genuine love for automotive, events or street culture
