About the Role You’ll manage incoming requests via ticketing platforms, ensure data accuracy, and help drive continuous improvements in how data is managed and automated. This is a hands-on role combining manual data entry, validation, issue resolution, and working with semi-automated processes and internal tools. Key Responsibilities: Create, update, and deactivate master data records, including: Suppliers (Refund Points, First Suppliers, Processors, Logistics Providers, Recyclers/MRFs) User accounts and role-based access Reference data (e.g. pricing structures, handling fees, material types) Manage and respond to data-related requests via ticketing systems (e.g. client user access, supplier setup) Perform regular audits, reconciliations, and data quality checks. Investigate and resolve data discrepancies and issues. Use internal tools and databases to verify and cross-check data accuracy. Collaborate with internal stakeholders across multiple departments. Contribute to documentation, process improvements, and automation initiatives. Identify recurring issues and proactively recommend long-term solutions.
