W Brisbane located at 81 N Quay, Brisbane City QLD 4000 is hiring a Part Time Commis Chef. As a Commis Chef in a luxury hotel, you will have the opportunity to uphold the exceptional culinary standards expected in a premium hospitality setting.
Responsibilities include:
* Prepare ingredients such as cooking, portioning, chopping and storing food
* Prepare and cook food according to recipes, quality standards, presentation standards and food preparation checklists
* Support chefs by ensuring all ingredients are prepared and available
* Ensure the work station is organized, restocked and adhering to hygiene and safety standards
* The best hotel training opportunities produced independently by W Brisbane and internationally recognized training programs by Marriott International.
