Are you a professional and polished receptionist who thrives on creating robust first impressions? We're on the lookout for a confident all-rounder to take the lead at the front desk of our clients Corporate Office.
This role is pivotal — you’ll be the face of the business for staff, guests, and key partners. From answering calls and managing the corporate inbox to coordinating meetings and supporting the Executive Leadership Team, no two days will be the same.
You’ll need to be tech-savvy, organised, and people-focused — someone who takes pride in their work and enjoys being a go-to person for anything the office needs.
A background in automotive will give you a head start, but above all, we’re seeking a reliable, friendly team player who brings energy and professionalism to the workplace.
What You'll Be Doing
- Greeting guests and answering calls with warmth and professionalism
- Managing meeting rooms, corporate inbox, mail, and office supplies
- Supporting ELT members with Teams meetings and general coordination
- Assisting with admin tasks, courier bookings, travel, and event support
- Keeping the reception and office spaces looking great
What You'll Need
- 2+ years’ experience in a receptionist or admin role (corporate setting preferred)
- Strong Microsoft Office skills, especially Outlook and basic Excel
- Tech confidence to help others with Teams and meetings
- Friendly, helpful nature and polished communication skills
- Bonus points for automotive industry experience
