About the Role
Reporting to our National Commercial Manager, this role is based in Victoria with a hybrid working arrangement and is responsible for:
* Leading a team of category managers and procurement specialists, consolidating regional approaches into a unified, high-impact strategy.
* Managing significant spend areas such as fibre and resin, with a significant annual procurement budget.
* Identifying and executing opportunities to deliver savings and efficiencies while reducing supplier volumes and optimising inventory.
* Fostering an inclusive, developmental culture—teaching, coaching, and supporting your team and stakeholders.
* Increasing the profile of procurement across Laminex, embedding best practices and robust processes.

Who We're Looking For
* Experience with raw materials procurement is essential.
* Proven people management and coaching skills, especially through change.
* 7+ years' procurement experience, including strategic sourcing, category management, and supplier negotiations.
* Strong commercial acumen, analytical skills, and stakeholder engagement.
* A collaborative, customer-focused leader ready to step up and make a mark—this is a growth opportunity, not a role for a seasoned executive.
