The Opportunity
Based in Port Hedland, WA, the purpose of the Administration & Customer Service Officer role is to contribute to the achievement of business goals and objectives via the provision of high-quality support in the functions of administrative duties and dealing professionally with our customers.
* Deliver excellent administration and customer service to allocated contracts and sites in a timely manner
* Managing inbound calls
* Develop positive working relationships with other support functions and stakeholders to meet and exceed customer needs
* Processing of purchase orders, dealing with invoicing queries, and processing BPay payments
* Reconcile, report, and audit asset management as required
* Maintain accurate data records and ensure consistent execution of the end-to-end processes in compliance with company policies and finance timelines

* Intermediate skills with the MS Office Suite of products
* Excellent organisational, written, and verbal communication skills
