Drive Agile delivery and service improvement in a high-impact government program Your new company A prominent government organisation is undertaking a strategic transformation program aimed at enhancing service delivery and operational efficiency. The team is focused on designing and implementing improvements that directly impact national outcomes and public service excellence. Your new role The Scrum Master (EL1) will be responsible for leading Agile delivery across a multidisciplinary team. This includes facilitating Agile ceremonies, managing project governance, coordinating resources, and supporting both Agile and Waterfall delivery frameworks. The role requires a proactive approach to risk and issue management, stakeholder engagement, and delivery oversight aligned with organisational objectives. What you'll need to succeed Candidates must demonstrate substantial experience in Agile delivery, preferably within government or large-scale enterprise environments. Strong capabilities in stakeholder engagement, project coordination, and Agile coaching are essential. Familiarity with project management tools, backlog management, and RAID logs is expected. Eligibility to obtain a security clearance is mandatory.
