AECOM is a leading provider of engineering, environmental and construction services, and is contributing its deep experience to help strategically plan, develop, design and construct energy infrastructure to not only meet future demands but to deliver sustainable legacies for our clients, community and our planet..

Working with the Environment & Energy leaders, you will develop and implement regional business line marketing plans to drive the positioning of the business with clients and influencer organisations across ANZ, ensuring they align with the ANZ Environment & Energy marketing plans and the ANZ strategic growth campaigns.

**Duties encompass but are not limited to the following**:
+ Identify and implement any regional Environment & Energy campaigns including energy transition.

+ Track and communicate progress of implementing marketing plans.

+ Work with Environment & Energy leaders to drive business development conversations.

+ Work closely with the Environment & Energy leadership teams and Clients and Marketing Manager, Australia to identify business critical bids for Environment & Energy and support the development of capture plans

+ Support the development of key client plans and client growth initiatives for identified Environment & Energy key accounts.

+ Work with Client Account Managers to identify new opportunities and drive positioning activities for major pursuits.

+ Establish relationships with marketing counterparts in client organisations.

+ Manage and assist with the drafting, preparation and production of client presentations.

+ Track and communicate bid performance to the Environment & Energy leadership teams.

+ Work with the Environment & Energy teams to implement key parts of the Client Experience plan to help them build strong and purposeful relationships.

+ Drive client care and client listening initiatives in Environment & Energy.

This role can be based out of either the Sydney or Melbourne AECOM offices.

**MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS**:
+ Demonstrated ability to work in a complex environment and use influencing skills to drive initiatives.

+ Highly developed written and oral communication skills, including the ability to adeptly present ideas and suggestions to senior leaders.

+ Demonstrated ability to work with/advise all levels of seniority in environments with pressing delivery schedules.

+ Demonstrated problem solving, time management and organisational skills.

+ Client focused.

+ Highly collaborative; Strong influencing, stakeholder management and relationship building skills.

+ A strategic thinker who is willing to get hands dirty.

+ Totally committed and able to work consistently to deadlines under pressure and tight time-frames.

**PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS**:
+ Degree qualified in marketing or a related discipline.

+ Extensive experience in marketing in a business-to-business or professional services environment is essential
