Job Description We’re looking for an experienced healthcare leader to join our team as a Team Lead - Doctor Management, playing a critical role in maintaining high clinical standards and an exceptional patient experience across our telehealth services. This role sits at the centre of clinic operations, providing proactive oversight of doctor performance, identifying risks early and supporting practitioners to meet clinical, compliance and service expectations. You will work closely with teams across Scheduling, Nursing, People, Legal & Compliance and Product & Technology to ensure safe, compliant and high quality care delivery. Key Responsibilities: Monitor doctor performance across the clinic to ensure high clinical and service standards Analyse performance data including consultation quality, documentation, utilisation and complaints Conduct regular 1:1 performance conversations with doctors, providing coaching and feedback Identify trends or emerging risks and implement improvement actions early Manage doctor related complaints and clinical incidents, reviewing consultations and documentation Partner with internal teams to maintain safe, compliant and efficient telehealth operations Support doctor recruitment, onboarding and capability development Contribute to initiatives that improve clinical quality, service consistency and operational performance
