Family Relationship Therapist
We are seeking an experienced Family Relationship Therapist to join our team. In this role, you will work with families and young people to provide high-quality family therapy aimed at repairing and strengthening family relationships.
You will have the opportunity to work with various family structures, such as parents and young people, whole families, or parent-focused interventions. You will collaborate within a multidisciplinary team to deliver integrated care and support families while ensuring the young person remains the primary focus of care.
Key responsibilities include delivering systemic or structural family therapy models, identifying and managing risk, including a strong understanding of child protection issues, and working both independently and collaboratively in a team setting.
The ideal candidate will have tertiary qualifications in psychology, social work, or counselling, current full registration with a relevant professional body, and 3 years of demonstrated experience engaging with families and parents for the best interests of young people.
