We are seeking an experienced and passionate Restaurant Manager to lead our front-of-house team and drive the continued success of our award-winning restaurant. About the Role
As Restaurant Manager, you will oversee daily operations to ensure seamless service, exceptional guest experiences, and strong team performance. This is a hands-on leadership role offering a high level of autonomy within a dynamic 7-day operation.
Key responsibilities include:
* Leading and inspiring the front-of-house team through effective briefings, in-service training, and a consistently positive approach
* Managing service to uphold Fino’s high standards
* Year-round forecasting and planning across recruitment, tourism, and events
* Overseeing staff training, development, and performance
* Managing and evolving the beverage program in line with budgets
* Controlling wages in accordance with financial targets
* Driving business growth through initiative and strategic thinking
* Ensuring operational excellence across all service periods
* Maintaining strong relationships with precinct partners
* Building and strengthening connections within the local community, including attendance at monthly Seppeltsfield Road Business Alliance meetings
* Balancing a hands-on service role with dedicated administrative time before and after service
