Reporting to our Inventory and Purchasing Manager, this position is:Site Travel (Various Mine Sites)A permanent full-time position8 days on, 6 days off (8/6)ResponsibilitiesLead, mentor, and develop a high-performing purchasing team.Strong decision-making, problem-solving and team motivation skills.Sound planning, organisational, and administrative skills with demonstrated effectiveness in developing systems, processes, and procedures to prioritise tasks and achieve goals.Interpersonal skills.Effective time management skills with the ability to meet deadlines and work autonomously.High level of customer service skills with the ability to communicate and negotiate effectively with a wide variety of stakeholders.High level of computer literacy, including experience using a purchasing and inventory management system.
