Job Description:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-focused Office and Facilities Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth daily operation of our office, providing exceptional administrative support and facilitating effective communication between teams.
Responsibilities:
* Manage mail operations and ordering office supplies
* Maintain kitchen areas and organize contractor access
* Coordinate local vehicle servicing with the national fleet team
* Support the national Facilities and Procurement team as needed
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will possess excellent organizational skills, strong attention to detail and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. You will also have experience in office administration, customer service or facilities support, and be proficient in using Microsoft Office.
