What your day will look like….
In Goondiwindi, your day unfolds with a rewarding mix of clinical leadership, hands‑on care, and meaningful patient connection. You'll support the community through emergency and inpatient care, collaborate closely with dedicated colleagues, and guide multidisciplinary teams as a respected clinical leader. Outreach work across the Goondiwindi region—including Texas, Inglewood, Stanthorpe and Warwick—adds variety and gives you the chance to build relationships with diverse communities. You will receive a competitive remuneration package value up to $487,754 (L27) comprising salary rates between $334,026 (L13) and $487,754 p.a. (L27), motor vehicle allowance, professional development allowance, professional development leave 3.6 weeks p.a., regional attraction allowance, professional indemnity cover and private practice arrangements. Superannuation (up to 12.75%) and annual leave loading (17.5%) will be applied additionally to the total remuneration value.
