Insurance Assistant Service Manager | HIAIS
We are seeking an Assistant Service Manager to join our North Ryde HIAIS Team.
The Assistant Service Manager will have prime responsibility for providing day to day operational support to the team and Service Manager with engagement and performance activities whilst delivering support with clients.

What the day will look like
4. Provide support with clients, insurers and internal colleagues to deliver the renewal process
5. Act as a Subject Matter Expert and provide operational support and escalate enquiries to Service Manager
6. Handling a range of account management, servicing and administration support
7. Issuing of policy documentation and data entry
8. Collaborating with teams to improve compliance and to implement process
9. On-the-job training provided
