With over 30 years experience delivering high quality french inspired baked goods across Melbourne, we have a new opportunity for experienced Bakers to join our production team in Braeside. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for preparing a variety of baked goods for delivery to over 18 retail locations. Hours : 7pm-3am Thursday, Friday, Saturday, Sunday, Monday (Tuesday/Wednesday off) Key Responsibilities: Your main responsibilities will include: Weighting, mixing, diving, shaping & baking of breads, pastries and other baked goods Baking off using rack and deck ovens Follow recipes and production schedules and procedures Stock management and ordering where required Maintaining a clean and safe work environment Quality control and continuous product improvement/development Working collaboratively with the team to meet high-volume production demands, particularly during peak service periods Assist with other production duties where required About You: To be successful in this opportunity you will possess the following: Previous experience in bakery production with a high standard of delivery (qualifications highly advantageous) Strong knowledge of baking techniques, ingredients and production methods Sound numeracy skills Excellent team player with strong written and verbal communications skills Ability to maintain strict quality control Benefits: Join the Staff Australia team today: $43.58 p/hr ($44.95 p/hr for trade qualified baker) super Weekly pay Immediate start Ongoing to permanent opportunity Training and development opportunities How to apply If this sounds like the opportunity you have been looking for click APPLY now and one of our consultants will contact you to discuss this opportunity in more detail.
