**How will I help?**
This position will be based onsite at either our Parramatta or Kogarah offices, with shift times of 8:30am - 8pm, Monday to Friday. You will be office-based initially, with the opportunity to transition to a hybrid arrangement after six months in the role.

**What do I need?**
- Proven experience in delivering high standards of customer service
- Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong knowledge of operational risks, as well as legislative and compliance standards
- Demonstrated ability to quickly learn new systems and processesBanking or financial services experience desirable
