You’ll also use your CA/CPA, CFA Finsia, MBA, Masters in Finance, Applied Finance, or similar qualifications to provide valuations of businesses, shares and financial instruments in the context of:Financial reporting and tax related valuations including purchase price allocations, fair value reporting for Infrastructure and private equity funds, impairment testing and employee share schemesValuation advice in the context of a transaction including deal value assessment, cost of capital analysis and capital managementIndependent Expert Reports or Fairness Opinions for shareholders regarding the terms of proposed transactionsPortfolio business reviews to identify improved business performance and investment analysis to better inform key investment choicesCoaching to develop a team of talented juniors to ensure the highest level of service deliveryAbout PwCAt PwC, we are a human-led, tech-powered community of solvers.
