Key Responsibilities:
* Manage contracts from initiation to completion
* Evaluate and implement contract terms
* Ensure timely delivery of contracted services
Requirements:
* At least 4 years of experience in contract administration, preferably in the building industry
* Experience working on large-scale projects valued at $90 million or more
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
* Excellent communication and negotiation skills
