You’ll bring structure where it’s needed, back up the team where it matters, and push us forward where we can do better. This is a hands-on, people-first, outcomes-focused role.Key ResponsibilitiesOwning the day-to-day: support site supervisors, help manage performance, and make operations flow smoothly.Delivering results: lead and land key improvement projects and capital initiatives.Uplifting the team: develop practical training tools and coach team members to be their best.Driving consistency: help align processes and systems across sites, so we move together.Solving problems fast: jump in when things get stuck and find smarter ways to work.Building culture: be part of a team that’s proud of what it delivers, every shift.Qualifications And ExperienceSolid experience running or supporting control room operations (multi-site is a bonus).A background in project delivery, continuous improvement, or operational leadership.A natural ability to connect with people — from supervisors to site techs to head office teams.Sharp thinking and a bias for action — you don’t sit on problems, you solve them.A focus on safety, performance, and bringing others along for the ride.About UsBe part of something big.
