We’re working on a large-scale Microsoft 365 tenant-to-tenant migration and are looking for an experienced Senior M365 Migration Consultant to play a key role in delivering SharePoint Online and Microsoft Teams migrations within an enterprise environment. This is a hands-on role suited to someone who has delivered complex migrations before and is comfortable working across discovery, planning and execution using industry-standard tooling. What you’ll be doing You’ll be embedded within a specialist migration team, responsible for delivering structured, wave-based migrations across collaboration platforms. Key responsibilities include: Deliver end-to-end migration of SharePoint Online and Microsoft Teams environments Execute migrations using tools such as ShareGate and MigrationWiz Analyse and prepare environments for migration including data, structure and permissions Rebuild and optimise SharePoint structures (sites, libraries, metadata, permissions) Support migration planning, workshops, pilots and validation activities Work closely with business stakeholders to ensure smooth transition and adoption Identify and resolve migration issues, risks and dependencies What we’re looking for Proven experience delivering M365 migrations in enterprise environments Strong hands-on experience with SharePoint Online and Microsoft Teams Experience using ShareGate for migration (highly preferred) Exposure to MigrationWiz or similar tools Solid understanding of: SharePoint site architecture, metadata and permissions models M365 identity and access (Entra ID, M365 Groups) Ability to simplify complex environments and deliver structured migration outcomes Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills Why this role Work on a large, complex M365 transformation program High-impact role with real ownership across migration delivery Collaborative team environment with experienced specialists Competitive day rate and flexible working arrangements Please contact jessica.mai@hudson.com for any queries Diversity, Equity & Inclusion at Hudson Hudson is committed to helping you find a workplace where you feel respected, supported, and free to thrive.
