Focusing on care for older people at Zion Aged Care in Nundah. Position available both part‑time and casual with flexible shifts across weeks and days.
Remuneration
* $33.94–$34.19/hour (part‑time) or $42.42–$42.74/hour (casual) + super
* $15,990 salary packaging (tax‑free up to $15,990)

What You'll Do
* Support residents with daily living and personal care tasks (showering, dressing, grooming, toileting, feeding)
* Encourage independence and wellbeing
* Work closely with nurses, lifestyle and hospitality teams
* Assist with mobility and safe use of equipment (manual handling)
* Provide emotional support and nurture a caring environment
* Document care accurately per organisational requirements
* Collaborate with families and health professionals for holistic care
What You'll Bring
* Certificate III in Individual Support (Aged Care or Disability)
* NDIS Worker Screening Clearance or police check (or willingness to obtain)
* Experience in aged care and a genuine passion for helping older people
* Reliable transport (Nundah serviced by public transport)
