Overview

Smoke Alarm Testing Services (SATS) is a professional smoke alarm testing company, locally owned and operated. We have been protecting homes across Australia and New Zealand for over 15 years, working on behalf of Real Estate Agents and Landlords to ensure that their properties comply with state legislation.

Our head office in Helensvale is seeking a positive and adaptable individual to join our fun and energetic team. At our company, we prioritise quality, innovation, and customer service, and we are committed to equipping our team members with the necessary tools and training to succeed in their roles.

About your new position

Joining a company whose core values are dedicated to our people and clients, as a Data Coordinator, you will play a key role in maintaining, organising, and analysing a large database to support our clients and internal staff.

Responsibilities

- Maintain and update databases (internal and external) ensuring accuracy and consistency.
- Create and manage complex Excel spreadsheets, pivot tables, and formulas.
- Collaborate with departments to understand their data needs.
- Ensure data integrity and compliance with legislative standards
- Support in streamlining data processes and recommending improvements.

- Have exceptional attention to detail, yielding tangible results.
- Highly organised with proven ability to manage high volumes of work.
- Maintain full autonomy, while being able to collaborate as a team player easily.
