Fremantle Hospital is a 300-bed specialist hospital focused on providing high-quality aged care, mental health, secondary rehabilitation, planned surgeries and medical services.

You can read more about SMHS in our Strategic Plan here.Position ProfileAs part of a multidisciplinary team, provides clinical and professional expertise to ensure comprehensive evidence-based nursing care is delivered to patients.
The Clinical Nurse practices within their scope of practice considerate of the Nursing and Midwifery Board's Nursing Practice Decision Flowchart, as well as facilitates and promotes patient safety and quality of care.
The Home Treatment Team (HTT) conducts triaging and assessment of mental health referrals to the HTT.
