**About the Job**
As an Employer Engagement Partner, you will use your business development skills to build successful relationships with job seekers and employers to gain and maintain meaningful and sustainable employment. You will use your relationship management skills to generate and foster new relationships with employers to assist with their recruitment needs and obtain employment opportunities for job seekers within your region. This is an exceptionally rewarding position where no two days will be the same.
- Reverse Marketing of identified engaged job ready clients to provide employment opportunities. This will be targeted and result in either job match, job creation and job carving
- Utilise a variety of methods to actively & regularly engage with job ready clients across region including on or offsite and remote
- Maintain up to date and relevant Labour Market Information and develop strategies to support and meet demands of shortage sectors
- Provide support and advice, to employers on training and ongoing employment support provided from MatchWorks including departmental wage subsidies and incentives
**Skills & Experience**
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic **Employer Engagement Partner**. We are after someone who can provide a high level of customer service and engagement to assist those in the community with various barriers to employment to find suitable work. This position is suited to a go-getter who has highly developed interpersonal and customer service skills and demonstrated professionalism, attention to detail and an ability to engage and influence.
- Proven ability to build rapport and maintain effective relationships with clients, peers and relevant agencies
- Ability to assess labour market demand and supply and build strategies to address this
- Highly developed interpersonal and negotiation skills whilst being compliance focussed
- Ability to work within stringent KP'Is and demonstrated experience in exceeding targets
- Proven ability to manage time and workloads effectively to business priorities in a challenging environment
- Current driver's license and holds a NDIS worker screening check or are willing to obtain one
