The role
Baku Australia is seeking an experienced and driven Store Manager to lead our retail store in Erina, NSW. As Store Manager, you will be responsible for the overall operations and success of the store, ensuring an exceptional customer experience and driving revenue growth. This is a full-time position based in Erina.
Key responsibilities
* Manage all aspects of store operations, including staff scheduling, inventory management, merchandising, and financial performance
* Provide exceptional customer service and foster a positive, customer-centric culture within the store
* Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to drive store traffic and increase revenue
* Recruit, train, and manage a high-performing team of sales associates
* Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements
* Analyse store data and performance metrics to identify opportunities for improvement
* Collaborate with the regional management team to contribute to the overall success of the business
