Join us as a Labourer to contribute to the ongoing success of our operations.Position OverviewThe Labourer position involves performing a variety of manual labouring duties across roadworks, construction, and maintenance projects.
Working closely with supervisors and team members, you will ensure tasks are completed safely, efficiently, and to a high standard while contributing to a positive team culture.Key ResponsibilitiesUndertake labouring and traffic control duties.Operate small plant and equipment as required.Work safely and comply with WHS procedures, using the correct protective equipment.Report incidents, accidents, and hazards promptly and accurately.Maintain daily work diaries and timesheets in line with Council requirements.Assist with construction and maintenance projects across roads, drainage, and other civil works.Contribute to effective teamwork and support colleagues as required.Participate in multi-skilling and on-call duties as needed.Ability to operate minor plant and equipment.Good oral and written communication skills.Experience and ability to undertake manual labouring tasks.Ability to work effectively as part of a team.Work Health & Safety General Induction Ticket (Green Card/White Card).
