Project Officer
Location: Hobart
Hourly Rate: $48.55 + super
Contract length: 3 months
About the Job
We are looking for a proactive Project Officer to join our client's team in the Governance & Assurance business group. This is a front-facing, customer-focused role where you will be a key point of contact for project teams and stakeholders.
You will act as a trusted advisor, helping guide projects and ensuring all necessary actions and documentation are completed smoothly. Your main goal is to support teams and improve their understanding of project management processes and tools.
Key Responsibilities
* Be a main point of contact for all project-related questions, providing clear guidance and support.
* Support projects as they move through different stages, making sure everyone follows the right procedures.
* Collaborate with teams to improve their skills and knowledge of our project management systems and standards.
* Help improve our project management tools and processes by sharing what you've learned.
About You
We are looking for someone with experience in a Enterprise Project Management Office (EPMO) or a similar role. You should also have:
* A knack for building relationships and providing excellent customer service.
* Experience with implementing new processes or systems.
* Some knowledge of project management methods and frameworks.
* Experience using project management software.
