Hays has partnered with a family owned and operated company in Toowoomba who provide extensive range of hire equipment solutions for construction, industrial, mining, infrastructure, commercial trade, and residential DIY projects.
**Your new role**
Accounts receivable assistant will be responsible for ensuring all aspects of the Accounts receivable function are processed and completed efficiently and with accuracy.
**What you will need to Succeed**
- Previous work history in a similar role
- Excellent numeracy, written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a high level of confidentiality, accuracy, and attention to detail
- High level of proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
- Self-motivation and time management skills to work independently
- Proficiency in using accounting software, Sage Intacct preferable
