Regional Leadership Opportunity
The role of Regional Manager involves overseeing a portfolio of early childhood centres, providing strategic leadership and operational guidance to Centre Directors. This is an exceptional opportunity for an experienced professional to lead high-performing teams and drive business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide on-site support and coaching to Centre Directors to ensure compliance with quality frameworks and achieve business goals.
* Lead the development of centre leaders, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
* Monitor service performance, occupancy growth, and budget targets, preparing regular reports and recommendations.
* Maintain positive relationships with families, educators, communities, stakeholders, and regulators, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
Requirements:
* Bachelor of Early Childhood Education or equivalent qualification with proven leadership experience.
* At least 2-5 years' experience as a Centre Director or Area Manager, preferably in multiple services.
* Strong knowledge of child development, early childhood education, and quality frameworks.
* Demonstrated ability to develop and lead high-performing teams, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Current Working with Children (Blue Card) and First Aid/CPR certification, with a valid driver's licence and willingness to travel throughout the region.
